This position is available at multiple locations including Düsseldorf, Berlin, Dresden, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Köln, Leipzig, Magdeburg, Mannheim, München, Nürnberg, and Stuttgart.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced algorithms and data models to process decision-relevant information and build custom dashboards using modern business intelligence tools.
• Validate hypotheses by discovering relationships and patterns within complex datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative reporting and analysis instruments.
• Present structured content tailored to various audience needs and reporting requirements.
• Autonomously identify and progressively implement necessary processes enhancing value creation and employee engagement chains.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, or related fields with a focus on statistics or data analytics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably some initial professional experience in analytics and/or project management.
• Comfort working with large data volumes in confidential environments.
• Basic programming skills in R, Python, SQL, or similar languages, along with experience using business intelligence platforms such as Qlik, Sense, or Power BI.
• Outstanding analytical capabilities complemented by a strong commitment to quality in work outputs.
