Key Responsibilities

• Develop suitable algorithms and models for preparing decision-relevant data and create custom dashboards using modern business intelligence tools.
• Validate hypotheses by identifying relationships and patterns in data sets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop reporting and analysis tools.
• Present information clearly tailored to various target groups and reporting requirements.
• Independently identify and progressively develop processes necessary for enhancing the entire value creation and engagement chain.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics with a focus on statistics or data analytics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably some initial professional experience in analytics and/or project management.
• Comfortable handling large data volumes in a highly confidential environment.
• Basic programming skills in R, Python, SQL, or similar; experience with business intelligence tools such as Qlik, Sense, or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical skills paired with a strong commitment to the quality of work outputs.
