Senior Graphic Designer

About The Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will craft premium visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, internal communications, and brand collateral. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to transform ideas, style guides, and brand narratives into visually compelling and consistent designs spanning diverse brands and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a variety of design assets including social media posts, stories, carousels, advertisements, presentations, and other promotional materials.
• Interpret creative briefs and concepts into impactful graphic designs.
• Adjust campaign visuals across multiple formats and platform specifications to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate effectively with copywriters, art directors, motion graphic artists, and social media experts.
• Guarantee all outputs align with brand policies, visual identity protocols, and communication goals.
• Prepare and finalize design files ready for publishing or production stages.
• Assist in campaign rollouts, corporate announcements, and ongoing content requests.
• Develop clear, contemporary, and platform-appropriate visual layouts.
• Maintain systematic organization of design assets, templates, and brand materials.
• Conduct quality checks to confirm design accuracy, high standards, and consistency prior to delivery.
• Provide rapid design revisions as needed to support team requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of two years experience in graphic design focused on branding, advertising, or social media content creation.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media graphics, campaigns, and brand identity.
• Strong command of layout principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficient understanding of both Arabic and English typography.
• Experience designing for major social networks including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Capability to maintain brand consistency while innovating engaging visuals.
• Detail-oriented approach ensuring polished final deliverables.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma; familiarity with After Effects or basic motion design is advantageous.

• Background in B2B, fintech, technology, logistics, or commerce sectors is a bonus.
