Job Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer at alfanar, you will craft compelling and visually engaging designs that effectively communicate concepts and messages. Your work will include developing layouts, selecting appropriate fonts and colors, and using design software to create visual materials such as brochures, advertisements, and online content, all consistent with alfanar's brand identity and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate creative ideas and design print collateral for diverse internal clients, including developing corporate visual identities.
• Define artistic styles and techniques aligned with production standards, review design concepts, guide fellow designers, and provide constructive feedback to enhance output quality.
• Engage with clients and marketing stakeholders through meetings to understand project objectives and mandatory requirements, ensuring concepts meet client needs before printing.
• Execute design projects personally or assign to designers, set delivery timelines, and conduct stringent quality checks before printing.
• Occasionally oversee print quality by visiting printing facilities.
• Evaluate photographer inputs on product photography.
• Lead, train, and manage subordinate staff by delegating assignments appropriately to maintain motivation and efficiency.
• Ensure operational and developmental targets are met using resources efficiently within budget and time constraints, and prepare periodic detailed reports outlining task progress and deviations.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and escalate complex issues prudently.
• Develop and enforce quality control processes and product specifications to maintain high standards.
• Work towards continuous improvement by formalizing policies and procedures, and identify automation opportunities.
• Adhere rigorously to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including environmental and quality management systems to uphold safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field.
• Between 4 to 6 years of professional experience in graphic design focusing on advertising and design specifications.
