Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java Domain)

About the Role

We invite applications for a Senior Full Stack Engineer specializing in Java to develop, design, and deliver high-quality software applications that fulfill client expectations. You'll utilize your expertise to boost software quality and actively participate within an agile, collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver functional software with an emphasis on Java technology aligned with customer requirements.
• Enhance software quality by applying Extreme Programming techniques such as thorough code reviews and rigorous unit testing.
• Ensure development practices reflect the principles of the Software Craftsmanship Manifesto.
• Create architecture and technical documentation to support project progress.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to refine user stories and clarify needs.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance to support test automation and debugging efforts.
• Assist DevOps teams with streamlining build and release automation.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Graduation or diploma in Computer Science, Electronics/Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas.
• Competency in version control tools, especially Git.
• Experience with frontend frameworks including AngularJS, ReactJS, and proficiency in TypeScript.
• Exposure to mobile application development on platforms such as Swift (iOS) and Android.
• Robust backend programming skills primarily in Java and Kotlin, as well as Node.js; knowledge of other stacks like Ruby on Rails and Python is beneficial.
• Understanding of low-code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Pega, Appian, and Microsoft Power Apps.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, XP), continuous integration/delivery techniques, and cloud environments like AWS, Google Cloud, and Heroku.
• Hands-on with CI tools like Bamboo or TeamCity.
• Experience with wireframing and low-code development using tools like Figma.
• Comfortable working in Mac and Linux systems; experience with Windows and UNIX/Linux servers is also required.
• Knowledge of software design patterns, unit testing, and mobile development considered advantageous.
• Effective presentation and listening capabilities alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Additional value for candidates with cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) and deep knowledge of cloud technologies.
