Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will operate as a full-time remote team member responsible for generating insightful, data-based financial analyses that drive strategic decisions within Insight Genesis’s operations and expansion projects. Core duties include constructing and updating financial models, conducting variance and trend assessments, and developing budgets and forecasts for leadership evaluation.

This position requires analyzing financial documents, tracking key performance indicators, collaborating with diverse teams to assess business proposals, new product initiatives, and investment opportunities. The analyst will also aid in financial reporting workflows, enhance planning methodologies, and help devise metrics aligning financial results with the company’s AI-driven objectives.

Qualifications

• Solid expertise in Finance and Financial Planning focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and scenario evaluation.
• Strong analytical capabilities encompassing quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and interpretation of data.
• Hands-on familiarity with financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Experience in financial reporting including management reports, KPI dashboards, and compliance documentation.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or comparable disciplines. Advanced degrees or certifications (CFA, CPA) are advantageous.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial modeling tools; knowledge of business intelligence or analytics platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex financial information effectively to non-financial audiences.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting, juggle multiple tasks, and collaborate seamlessly with international, cross-departmental teams.
• Background or experience within technology, fintech, AI, or data-centric industries is beneficial.
