Key Responsibilities
- Leverage over 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 8 years in general finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or finance business partnering roles.
- Compile management information system (MIS) reports and dashboards to present financial data effectively.
- Lead regular review meetings and calls with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Efficiently manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle escalation processes when necessary.
- Participate in and support financial planning and analysis processes.
- Maintain familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Manage and support internal and external audits.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and propose actionable solutions.
- Apply business analytics to support financial decision-making.
Skills and Tools
- Proficiency with financial tools including Oracle EPM, IBM Cognos, Hyperion, and MicroStrategy.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is advantageous.
- Experience managing business continuity planning (BCP) scenarios is preferred.
- Knowledge of knowledge transfer (KT) and transition processes adds value.
- Coordinate cross-functional training within teams.
- Drive initiatives to generate leads potentially supporting business development.
- Identify and implement process efficiencies through transformation projects.
- Gather and analyze data for financial assessments and scenario planning.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and corporate planning activities.
- Prepare quarterly business review packs, CFO reports, board meeting presentations, and monthly commentary documentation.
