Overview

Our client, a prominent brokerage experiencing significant growth, is seeking multiple experienced Financial Advisors to contribute to its expanding assets under management and client portfolio. The role involves collaboration within a dedicated team of financial planning consultants, focused on delivering tailored financial strategies that meet diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop customized financial planning solutions for both new and existing clients.
  • Provide expert advice on areas including protection, savings, investments, pensions, and retirement planning tailored for PAYE employees and self-employed individuals.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and risk evaluations for clients.
  • Perform detailed fact-finding exercises to identify clients' financial objectives and goals.
  • Expand the client base through lead generation, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Foster and maintain enduring client relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Proactively generate new life, investment, and pension business through commercial initiatives, with support available.
  • Meet established performance targets and service standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Substantial experience as a Financial Planner or Advisor within financial services; brokerage background is advantageous.
  • Possession of Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) certification; Certified Financial Planner (CFP) accreditation preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of Life, Pension, and Investment products.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Irish pension legislation and regulatory frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cash flow modelling tools; experience with CashCalc software is a plus.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Proven history of successfully achieving business targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with effective time management and project handling capabilities.
  • Capable of thriving within a dynamic team setting and managing relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
