Role Summary

As the company scales globally, we seek a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to establish the financial backbone of our fast-growing enterprise. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance daily financial reporting and control systems, guaranteeing all data presented to leadership is accurate and fully documented.
• Streamline manual finance processes by designing efficient workflows and collaborating with engineering teams to implement automation.
• Perform detailed reconciliation of payments from various channels including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, direct bookings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile bank accounts and incoming payments, swiftly resolving any discrepancies.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable tracking.
• Review supplier invoices and company expenses diligently.
• Handle statutory submissions and corporate compliance across multiple countries, ensuring punctual and precise filings.
• Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, auditors, and banking institutions to maintain accurate records and compliance.
• Support preparation of financial statements for landlords and property owners as needed.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time insight into operational and financial metrics.
• Analyze financial results by property, city, country, and business unit to identify trends and performance drivers.
• Create and maintain budgets, forecasts, and detailed financial models.
• Monitor cash flow and assist management in capital planning for future investments.
• Detect financial risks and potential loss of revenue.
• Evaluate costs to find opportunities for margin improvement.
• Collaborate with operations teams to optimize property-level expenses.
• Support financial due diligence processes related to acquisitions, investments, and market expansions.

• Strong analytical skills with confidence working extensively with numerical data.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial frameworks.
• Comfortable handling large datasets combining financial and operational information.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Expertise in reconciliation, financial controls, and solving complex problems.
• Commercially aware — able to interpret financial data in the context of business impact.
• High ownership mentality and responsibility for outcomes.
• Independent problem solver able to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging senior management directly.
• Passionate about technology, process improvement, automation, and AI in finance functions.
• Aspirational and motivated to grow into leadership roles such as Finance Manager or CFO.
• Preferred backgrounds include accounting, audit, investment banking, private equity, FP&A, consulting, hospitality, real estate, or startup experience.
