Senior Executive - Planogram

Overview

In the role of Planogram Executive, you will be responsible for delivering visually engaging and versioned planograms tailored according to store clusters, space allocations, and defined product flow. Collaboration with project and team leaders is essential to ensure all planograms adhere to approved standards. You will proactively seek improvements to enhance both the quality and promptness of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Deliver visually attractive planograms customized by store clustering and defined space and flow parameters.
• Perform quality control on planograms, ensuring fulfillment of assortment needs, visual appeal, innovation opportunities, and shelving criteria.
• Consistently meet deadlines by achieving set daily targets.
• Balance swift execution with high-quality outputs.
• Foster a cooperative and inclusive team environment.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve work delivery processes.
• Work collaboratively to prioritize collective team objectives over individual goals.
• Develop process knowledge, technical skills, and category expertise.
• Participate in recommended and self-initiated training programs to stay updated with tool functionalities and tactical applications.
• Acquire intermediate proficiency in JDA software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools.
• Maintain seamless communication and collaboration with HBS project leaders.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in space planning, preferably within JDA, retail, or FMCG sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (3-4 year program).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate proactively, clearly, concisely, and professionally tailored to different audiences and scenarios.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capable of learning new concepts quickly.
• Possesses logical reasoning and an analytical mindset.
