Senior Executive - Planogram and Demand Accelerator

Overview

The role involves creating visually appealing, versioned planograms tailored to store clusters, designated space allocations, and flow patterns. Collaboration with project and team leaders is essential to adhere to approved guidelines. Continuous improvement efforts to enhance both quality and timeliness of deliverables are expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely versioned planograms aligning with store clustering, space definitions, and flow.
• Perform quality checks on planograms to ensure compliance with assortment, visual appeal, innovation potential, and shelving metrics.
• Meet daily timelines and targets while balancing speed and quality of work.
• Foster an inclusive and team-oriented work atmosphere focused on collective goals over individual achievements.
• Identify improvement opportunities and proactively implement process enhancements.
• Develop process knowledge, technical skills, and category insights continuously.
• Participate in recommended and self-initiated trainings to stay updated on relevant tools and their applications.
• Gain proficiency at an intermediate level in JDA software, Microsoft Excel, and other pertinent applications.
• Engage effectively with HBS Project leads to ensure smooth collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• 1 to 3 years of experience in space planning, preferably with exposure to JDA software, retail, or FMCG industries.
• A bachelor's degree (3-4 years) in any discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally and clearly with different audiences.
• Basic competence with Microsoft Office applications.
• A keen ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
• Logical reasoning and an analytical mindset.
