Delivery Driver

Work Environment and Compensation

• Hourly pay of $31.51 with full-time hours plus chances for overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with key account contacts, representing PepsiCo positively.
• Deliver products accurately and timely, assist in unloading as per client instructions.
• Manage invoicing and daily account settlements.
• Stock and rotate merchandise appropriately, ensure merchandising standards across all accounts.
• Construct displays and arrange promotional materials, including signage and banners.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Follow safety protocols strictly, comply with all transportation laws and regulations.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions

• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout an 8-10 hour shift.
• Capable of maneuvering large loads manually and with equipment, requiring physical agility and strength.
• Work exposure to diverse weather conditions and temperatures, operating equipment safely under challenging road conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience.
• Possession of a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
• Valid AZ or Class 1 Commercial Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Good physical fitness level.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Desirable Additional Skills

• Willingness to work extended hours and overtime when needed.
• Proficiency in driving vehicles with manual transmissions.
