Role Overview
Positioned at the site level in Mahabubnagar, Telangana, this role requires significant regional travel and possible relocation (temporary or permanent) depending on company needs. The Senior Executive oversees comprehensive administration functions and security operations for solar and wind energy sites, aiming to safeguard assets, personnel, and facilities while ensuring seamless operational continuity.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement robust security, loss prevention, and crisis management strategies tailored for site locations.
- Oversee protection of company assets, personnel, and premises against vandalism, espionage, sabotage, theft, unauthorized access, and misuse, primarily through managing contracted security agencies.
- Build and sustain intelligence and vigilance networks, conduct risk and threat assessments, implement problem-solving measures, and maintain business continuity.
- Supervise security service providers by enforcing quality audits, managing reporting, budgeting, billing, and compliance processes.
- Handle Right of Way (RoW) issues, resolve complex challenges through extensive liaison with local communities, police, and administrative authorities up to Tahsil and District levels.
- File and follow up on FIRs related to theft, vandalism, and insurance claims, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.
- Support statutory compliance related to land, legal matters, and other relevant departments.
- Manage all administration aspects including facility maintenance, office asset and space management, and operational administration.
- Administer lodging and boarding across guest houses by recruiting staff, procuring groceries, ensuring hygienic food service as per company standards, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Organize travel facilities such as cab hiring with safety protocols, conduct periodic audits, install and monitor GPS systems, train drivers, and oversee vendor management.
- Negotiate with vendors, supervise billing, coordinate events, optimize costs, and maintain detailed departmental MIS reporting.
- Handle statutory compliances, lease agreements, office regulations, manpower management, intellectual property protections, and related administrative liaison.
- Communicate effectively—both written and verbal—with government agencies.
- Lead crisis management efforts during emergencies like pandemics, floods, heavy rains, forest fires, ensuring site operations continue smoothly, personnel and asset safety, and coordinate with emergency services including fire brigades, police, hospitals, and ambulance providers.
