Job Overview

Join Linesight as a Senior Estimator to collaborate with seasoned, diverse, and passionate teams in a stimulating social and professional atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the estimate plan, coordinating the estimation process with project teams.
  • Lead the preparation and finalization of comprehensive project cost estimates.
  • Develop the Project Basis of Estimate documentation along with Estimate Risk Analysis, offering cost contingency advice.
  • Evaluate complex issues and deliver recommendations aligned with organizational goals and project guidelines.
  • Maintain an up-to-date local rate library to support all estimation activities.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as an estimator within the construction sector, progressively handling larger scopes and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with estimating software such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
  • A degree or equivalent professional experience in a construction-related field.
  • Familiarity with Critical Infrastructure and MEP projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Holding or pursuing RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status; support is available to achieve these credentials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Enthusiasm for fostering strong relationships with team members and clients through openness, purpose, and a positive environment.
