Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cost management team focused on commercial and residential sectors, ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout pre- and post-contract stages.
• Review and approve all service outputs before client delivery, maintaining strict quality standards.
• Manage client relationships directly, sustaining strong engagement and satisfaction.
• Drive business development to secure new clients and repeat projects from existing clientele.
• Oversee major strategic client projects, ensuring alignment and success.
• Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within the client base.
• Represent the company at networking events and other promotional platforms.
• Participate in staff management, including recruitment input and performance reviews.
• Contribute to bid proposals by preparing resource schedules and financial fee quotations using company tools.
• Manage financial aspects by monitoring project margins and forecasting fees and resources on a monthly basis.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in cost management within dynamic environments.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience handling pre- and post-contract roles in relevant sectors.
• Proven ability to lead commercial meetings and engage clients effectively.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Degree in cost management or quantity surveying, or equivalent experience.
• Chartered status, preferably as member of SCSI or RICS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for nurturing strong team and client relationships in an open, positive work environment.
