About the Role

Join Aristocrat as a transformative leader to develop and implement a cutting-edge enterprise workforce planning capacity that will steer investment, growth, and competitiveness within a global technology and gaming context. This pivotal position involves collaborating with senior leadership to reshape strategic workforce decision-making across the organization, integrating innovative processes and AI-powered analytics to align talent, strategy, and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and apply a future operating framework spanning Finance, People & Culture, business units, Corporate Functions, and Enterprise Data & Analytics, defining roles, responsibilities, decision authorities, and governance structures.
  • Revamp the complete workforce planning lifecycle from strategic resource demands to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and executive evaluation.
  • Lead the enterprise-wide workforce planning overhaul, articulating the purpose, roadmap, achievements, and embedding new methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Finance, People & Culture, and executive teams to convert strategic goals, organizational shifts, and expansion plans into regulated workforce strategies.
  • Standardize processes, assumptions, data terminology, reporting norms, governance procedures, and approval workflows to enhance clarity, uniformity, and accountability.
  • Produce detailed workforce budgets and forecasts encompassing headcount, labor expenses, contract workers, and related investments.
  • Manage consolidated headcount predictions including turnover trends, job vacancies, recruitment pipelines, attrition, contractor deployment, operational efficiencies, and labor cost fluctuations.
  • Generate workforce scenarios to evaluate growth prospects, efficiency programs, organizational restructuring, mergers, and labor investment decisions.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Centre of Excellence to develop and maintain workforce planning reports, dashboards, and self-service analytical tools aligned with stakeholder requirements.
  • Present executive-level insights on transformation progress, workforce effectiveness, labor cost trajectories, forecast reliability, efficiencies, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive change adoption by engaging stakeholders, assessing impact, facilitating communication, delivering training, preparing documentation, and enhancing team capabilities.
  • Lead and mentor the Workforce Planning Manager and Finance Analysts, cultivating skills in transformation implementation, workforce data analysis, financial modeling, and collaborative business partnership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 12 years of professional experience in Finance Transformation, FP&A, Workforce Planning, Analytics, or similar roles within complex multinational organizations.
  • Proven expertise in managing enterprise transformation initiatives including current-state evaluation, future-state design, implementation planning, governance of delivery, and benefits realization.
  • Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities with strong data and financial analysis proficiency.
  • Experienced from strategic planning to execution, with a focus on redesigning finance or planning workflows, operational models, governance frameworks, and decision-making venues across multifaceted stakeholder networks.
  • Robust change management background encompassing roadmap creation, progress monitoring, dependency oversight, risk control, issue remedy, and executive communication.
  • Skilled in facilitating balanced change adoption through stakeholder collaboration, impact review, communication strategy, training, documentation, and adoption support.
  • In-depth understanding of workforce planning mechanics, headcount forecasting, labor cost control, operational efficiency drivers, and the interaction between workforce investments and financial results.
  • Demonstrated use of data analytics, automation, AI-based tools, and advanced analytic techniques to enhance planning quality, forecast precision, insight generation, and decision-making.
  • Experience improving planning applications, dashboards, self-service reporting, and data governance, utilizing platforms such as Anaplan, Workday, TM1, Dynamics 365, Power BI, or comparable technologies.
