About the Role
This role involves collaborating within a diverse global team to develop and operate advanced financial systems as part of the Trade and Transfer Assets stream. The team employs Agile practices and delivers innovative digital platform solutions for banking clients.
Responsibilities
The candidate will contribute to an ambitious project focused on renewing and evolving post-trade and custody platforms. As a key technical expert based in Pune, you will design and develop cloud-native services aligned with modern programming paradigms to enhance the next-generation ecosystem.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum eight years of experience as a DevOps professional.
- Expertise in designing and building Azure cloud solutions incorporating Kubernetes.
- Proficient with Kafka, Ansible, GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes technologies.
- Experience handling and processing large-scale data sets.
- Solid understanding of Postgres database administration and usage.
- Strong DevOps capabilities including CI/CD pipeline management.
- Microsoft Azure certification is considered advantageous.
- Knowledge of virtualization and containerization techniques is beneficial.
- Experience working within globally distributed teams.
- Familiarity with fast-paced Agile delivery environments.
- Good communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across seniority levels.
- Advanced proficiency in English at C1 level.
Technical Environment
- Continuous Integration and Deployment using GitLab.
- Cloud infrastructure managed on Microsoft Azure.
- Platforms include Linux, Windows, and Mainframe systems.
- Configuration managed via Ansible automation.
- Bash scripting for automation tasks.
- Programming languages: Java, .NET, Kafka, and Kotlin.
- Container deployments orchestrated using Kubernetes.
- Postgres utilized as the primary database.
