Senior Developer - OpenText Exstream

Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Senior Developer proficient in Core OpenText Exstream and related technologies. This role involves driving project planning and execution, collaborating with various internal teams and clients, and leading a skilled development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring projects are technically feasible.
• Coordinate resources, third parties, vendors, and customers to ensure flawless project delivery.
• Design and manage end-to-end OpenText Exstream architecture and its components.
• Define input data structures and develop applications utilizing sorting and building methodologies, configuring these within the Communication Server.
• Lead and mentor the development team focused on Exstream solutions and components.
• Collaborate closely with on-site teams and clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Execute test cases, maintain high-quality deliverables, and uphold coding and design best practices.
• Continuously learn and adopt core and emerging Customer Communications Management technologies.

Skills and Experience

• 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Core OpenText Exstream, Cloud Native, Empower, and Communication Server.
• Solid understanding of various stages of enterprise content management solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Team collaboration and leadership abilities.

• Work Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Pune.
• Notice Period Required: Immediate to 30 days.
