About the Role

This position is for a senior developer working primarily on automation solutions within a hybrid work environment during day shifts. The focus is on leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot Studio to build and enhance automation workflows, ensuring thorough testing, deployment precision, and comprehensive documentation. Collaboration across teams and maintaining high standards of quality are key components.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft advanced automation workflows with Power Automate to streamline intricate business operations and boost efficiency across varied business domains.
• Design and improve scalable applications using Power Apps that provide user-friendly experiences and support vital business activities with an emphasis on reliability and maintainability.
• Develop conversational and intelligent tools with Microsoft Copilot Studio to facilitate natural user interactions, automate routine tasks, and raise productivity for both internal and external users.
• Formulate comprehensive data integration methods connecting diverse enterprise systems to ensure accurate, timely, and secure data flows that enhance analytics and decision-making.
• Deliver cohesive integration solutions that unify applications using well-defined interfaces, promoting interoperability and reducing manual transitions within the technology environment.
• Conduct detailed testing with suitable testing tools to verify functionality, performance, and security, proactively identifying and resolving defects prior to releases.
• Document solution architecture, design decisions, configuration, and operational guidelines clearly to foster effective knowledge transfer and sustainable support.
• Handle deployment processes of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio solutions by overseeing readiness, executing controlled releases, and confirming operational stability in target environments.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to collect requirements, refine user stories, and translate complex needs into feasible solution designs aligned with company objectives.
• Provide continual maintenance and enhancement for existing automation and integration solutions by monitoring their operation, analyzing challenges, and implementing improvements to increase business value.
• Ensure compliance with company standards on security, performance, and quality by applying best practices and contributing toward ongoing development procedure improvements.

Candidate Qualifications

• Extensive experience in developing and maintaining thorough testing plans and documentation, including test scenarios and test evidence for delivered solutions.
• Demonstrated skill in managing deployment activities ensuring smooth rollouts, reliable handovers, and effective rollback strategies when necessary.
• Proficient with testing tools and techniques covering functional testing, regression validation, and basic performance checks to uphold quality assurance.
• Strong expertise in data integration, using connectors and services to map, transform, and synchronize data across enterprise platforms with a focus on precision and stability.
• Experienced in building maintainable integration interfaces, workflows, and triggers that connect business applications and cloud services within organizational ecosystems.
• Advanced competence in Power Automate development including complex flow design, exception handling, and integration of approvals, notifications, and scheduled tasks to support core business operations.
• Solid Power Apps skills for creating user-friendly forms, views, and logic that meet business requirements, ensuring data accessibility controls suited for hybrid workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio to develop intelligent assistants that comply with business rules, address common queries, and guide users consistently through processes.
• Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid setup, coordinating remotely and onsite, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of deliverables.
• Availability during day shifts to closely interact with business stakeholders for rapid feedback and alignment on evolving solution requirements.
• Minimum of eight years and up to twelve years of relevant experience demonstrating increasing responsibility in automation development, system integration, and quality-focused solution delivery.
• Commitment to continuous learning by keeping up-to-date with evolving Power Platform techniques in testing and integration and incorporating new knowledge for enhanced solution quality.

Certifications

Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate and Microsoft Certified Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate.
