As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll transform data utilization in organizations by crafting models, conducting experiments, and promoting data-driven decision making with real business impact. Collaborate in small multidisciplinary teams alongside engineers, product managers, and domain specialists while managing the entire lifecycle from raw data acquisition to deployed models.

Leverage AI-powered tools and methodologies across the entire development lifecycle to progress rapidly from concept to deployment, upholding high standards of security, quality, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Gather necessary data for project plans and develop high-quality datasets for modeling purposes.
• Enhance internal data collection and preparation practices while contributing to customer discussions on data integrity.
• Assess models using metrics aligned with tangible business outcomes, recommend improvements, and establish best practices for scalable operational models.
• Perform critical reviews of data analysis and modeling approaches, innovating new evaluation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and technologies to identify strategic opportunities and contribute to thought leadership.
• Write extensible, maintainable code across multiple features and develop strong debugging skills.
• Define business, customer, and solution goals in partnership with cross-functional teams to identify and explore opportunities.
• Adopt a customer-focused approach to comprehend needs and help set realistic expectations.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related discipline with at least 1 year of relevant data science experience, including managing structured/unstructured data and applying statistical methods.
• Or a Master’s degree in the aforementioned fields with a minimum of 3 years of data science experience.
• Or a Bachelor’s degree in these fields coupled with 5+ years of applicable data science experience.
• Or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of client-facing project delivery, professional services, or consulting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Doctorate with 3+ years data science experience.
• Master’s with 5+ years experience.
• Bachelor’s with 7+ years experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
