Senior Data Centre Engineer - Mission Critical Infrastructure

We are seeking seasoned senior professionals in the data centre and mission critical space to join our expanding team across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. This role is ideal for leaders in electrical, mechanical, and multi-disciplinary engineering, as well as technical specialists eager to engage in sophisticated digital infrastructure projects from design through to operational stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage technically complex, stakeholder-intensive digital infrastructure initiatives.
• Collaborate with a dynamic international team delivering projects throughout APAC, the Middle East, North America, and Europe.
• Engage across multiple technical disciplines such as energy, power, utilities, mechanical, electrical, structural engineering, sustainability, ICT, security, commissioning, and operational readiness.
• Contribute expertise to data centre and mission critical solutions including high, medium, and low voltage systems, grid connections, standby power generation, cooling and thermal modeling, and energy-efficient mechanical design.
• Assist clients in navigating broader challenges in digital infrastructure, including energy usage, water management, sustainability, economic factors, and long-term resilience.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive senior-level experience in data centres, mission critical infrastructure, energy systems, engineering design, commissioning, architecture, project leadership, or related fields.
• Strong technical knowledge paired with commercial acumen, leadership qualities, and intellectual curiosity.
• Confidence in client interactions, team influence, and driving growth in emerging markets and capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across disciplines, geographies, and international teams.
• Passion for shaping future digital infrastructure with solutions that are technically sound, sustainable, and commercially viable.
