Role Overview and Impact
The Senior Data Analyst will provide expert and scalable analytics to support strategic business decisions and key projects. Acting as a close partner to business stakeholders, this role necessitates a balance of technical prowess and commercial insight to design data models, reporting mechanisms, and analytical solutions that align with corporate objectives and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to grasp goals, challenges, and specific data needs.
- Convert business requirements into robust analytics approaches including dashboards, reports, semantic models, and datasets.
- Develop and implement scalable reporting and analytics frameworks using Snowflake, Streamlit, Power BI, and other relevant platforms.
- Leverage automation and AI-assisted methodologies to augment quality, scalability, and efficiency of analytics delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data, technology, and business teams to ensure compliance and solution effectiveness.
- Offer knowledge sharing and informal mentorship to fellow analysts and business users without formal team leadership duties.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum five years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in analytics platforms, building semantic data models, and delivering business intelligence solutions.
- Track record of designing scalable, high-performance BI tools, specifically with Power BI and complementary technologies.
- Competent in translating intricate business inquiries into actionable analytical insights.
- Deep understanding of data quality standards, governance frameworks, and optimal reporting practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management aptitude with the ability to demystify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
