Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of premium clients, ensuring every interaction is engaging, personalized, and of the highest quality. Communication will be via phone, email, and SMS, alongside hosting and attending various sporting, racing, and hospitality events. Success hinges on developing trust, confidently interacting, and discerning customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop authentic, lasting relationships through tailored one-on-one engagements.
- Utilize customer insights and profiles to customize communications, promotions, hospitality, and event participation.
- Host and participate in client, sporting, racing, and hospitality events.
- Foster solid ties with customers and external partners, such as race clubs, sports venues, pubs, and clubs.
- Ensure all interactions and account tasks adhere to internal policies and regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of three years’ experience in customer relationship management, account management, hospitality, premium client services, or related roles.
- Available to work Tuesday through Saturday, including flexible hours for hosting events during evenings and weekends.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple client priorities effectively.
- A passion for sports and racing, with the confidence and knowledge to engage customers about various events, teams, and competitions.
- Prior experience hosting or attending sporting, racing, or hospitality events.
Work Schedule
This position operates Tuesday to Saturday reflecting our seven-day operational cycle. Availability for evenings and weekends is required to support hosted events.
