Job Responsibilities

• Conduct independent analysis, evaluation, and underwriting of complex cyber risks.
• Create customized and innovative insurance solutions tailored to the evolving challenges of the cyber market.
• Confidently lead contract and pricing negotiations with brokers, large clients, and other business partners.
• Continuously monitor relevant market trends and actively contribute expertise to the strategic and product development of the cyber portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with sales, IT, claims management, and external partners.
• Support the development and training of underwriting guidelines and share knowledge with colleagues.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in law, economics, computer science, or IT security.
• Several years of experience as a (Senior) Underwriter in cyber insurance.
• Strong actuarial expertise and analytical skills for assessing and enhancing IT security measures.
• Decisive with confidence in handling complex risks and proficient in negotiation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills capable of explaining complex topics clearly.
• Independent, organized, and solution-focused work style with a commitment to actively advancing the division within the team.
