About the Role

As a Senior Creative Operations Partner, you will play a crucial role within a lively design studio, serving as the operational linchpin that supports the creative team’s efforts, enhances efficiency, and ensures timely, high-quality project delivery on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize all incoming creative requests, carefully evaluating and allocating tasks to appropriate team members based on skill and availability.
- Oversee the creative team's workload and project flow, dynamically adjusting resources to avoid delays and maintain seamless operations.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to ensure alignment and steady progress in the studio.
- Act as a chief coordinator between creative teams and other departments, effectively communicating design needs and managing expectations.
- Continuously improve studio procedures, utilizing project management tools to boost productivity and resource utilization.
Required Qualifications
- Between three to five years of experience in traffic management, project coordination, or studio operations within an agency or in-house creative setting.
- Strong knowledge of creative processes spanning digital, branding, and product design specialties.
- Proven resource management capabilities, with skill in forecasting workloads and meeting strict deadlines.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt swiftly as project requirements evolve.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of managing interactions and expectations across multiple organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience or awareness of design principles, including user experience and user interface concepts.
- Proficiency with modern project management software platforms.
