Job Overview
The Assistant Operations Manager will manage daily operational activities for multiple hospitality properties located in Karjat, Lonavala, Alibaug, and Mahabaleshwar. This role ensures the efficient functioning of properties according to established standards of quality, service, hygiene, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations across assigned properties.
- Maintain compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and service protocols.
- Collaborate closely with teams including housekeeping, maintenance, security, food & beverage, and transportation to promote seamless operations.
- Perform routine inspections of properties to identify and address operational shortcomings promptly.
- Guarantee properties are prepared and maintained in guest-ready condition before and throughout guest stays.
- Manage and resolve operational escalations efficiently to ensure swift issue resolution.
