Role Overview
The Senior Contract Administrator will oversee the execution and management of existing contracts for the current project based on-site in Duba, Saudi Arabia. This position requires working on an 8X2 rotation schedule, totaling 60 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage FIDIC-based re-measurable subcontracts according to EPC contractor standards.
- Apply commercial contract models including unit rates, reimbursables, and lump sums, ensuring proper contract administration and interpretation of contractual terms.
- Handle change orders, claim management, and contract administration processes.
- Compile and maintain detailed minutes of meetings, contractual correspondence such as letters, site instructions, change orders, and meeting records.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams including engineering, construction, commissioning, project controls, and commercial departments.
- Implement subcontract strategies aligned with project lifecycle requirements, coordinating with planning and cost estimation to track budget allocations.
- Monitor the performance of contracts and support structured weekly and monthly reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Between 8 to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Proven strong background in EPC Oil & Gas companies performing contract administration roles.
Work Environment & Schedule
This is an onsite position located in Duba, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, with a rotational schedule of 8 days on followed by 2 days off, accumulating 60 working hours per week.
