Role Overview

In the Tax & Legal division, Transfer Pricing team, you will support companies in managing transfer pricing issues to design appropriate global business solutions and reduce risks. Our team assists clients in adhering to both local and international transfer pricing regulations. Join us to create impact as a Senior Consultant specializing in Transfer Pricing.

Available office locations include Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Köln, Leipzig, Mannheim, München, Nürnberg, and Stuttgart.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of value chains and business models to determine transfer pricing implications.
  • Advise international clients on transfer pricing from strategic, process-driven, fiscal, and economic perspectives.
  • Prepare tax opinions related to transfer pricing by leveraging your economic expertise.
  • Support defense of transfer pricing positions during tax audits and participate in international arbitration and mutual agreement procedures.
  • Conduct business, tax, and economic analyses on cross-border matters, including competition analyses, to help clients address complex economic questions.
  • Drive change management initiatives with an agile mindset and encourage innovative solutions within a dynamic environment.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed studies in economics, business administration, law, business informatics, or a certified tax professional background.
  • Initial practical experience gained through internships or equivalent roles.
  • Familiarity with taxation, corporate management, controlling, and accounting is advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to adapt to change; continuous learning in technical fields such as databases and artificial intelligence is expected.
  • Preferably knowledge of market and industry analyses, micro and industrial economics, financial economics, investment, and financing.
  • Fluent German and English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexibly in terms of time and location.
