Role Summary

As a Senior Consultant in HR Strategy & Operations, you will help organizations realign their HR functions strategically and prepare them for the future by delivering expert strategy and process consulting, leveraging deep technology knowledge, and applying AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic topics related to effective and innovative HR Target Operating Models.
• Support clients through transformation initiatives by integrating global HR and HR technology trends.
• Design and facilitate workshops and client meetings, craft compelling presentations for top executives, and assist in strategic decision-making around the evolution of their HR functions.
• Develop data-driven solutions through qualitative and quantitative analysis, conduct stakeholder interviews, utilize modern data strategies, and apply AI agents.
• Lead initial project components and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and experience.
• Contribute to the preparation of sales materials, marketing documents, and the advancement of the practice area.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of relevant consulting experience in HR strategy, process design, operating models, organizational and service delivery models.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy development, HR process design, operating models, and organizational structures for HR services.
• Analytical thinking and interpretation skills, effective presentation and moderation capabilities, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
• Competence in project management, client leadership, entrepreneurial thinking, and adaptability.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, critically assess, and employ AI potential to deliver innovative solutions, sound recommendations, and tangible client benefits.
