Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant in HR IT Strategy, you will assist organizations in strategically redesigning and future-proofing their HR functions through comprehensive strategy and process consulting, deep technology expertise, and targeted use of artificial intelligence (AI). This role supports clients in developing modern HR IT landscapes and driving digital transformation initiatives within their HR departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing HR IT system environments to detect improvement opportunities and formulate sustainable HR IT strategies.
• Utilize knowledge of the latest AI advancements to design target architectures, assess HR technology solutions, and guide the selection and implementation of modern HR technologies.
• Apply data analysis and contemporary data strategies to facilitate informed decision-making and develop or employ AI agents.
• Lead workshops and create impactful presentations for executive leadership, supporting strategic choices related to HR IT roadmaps.
• Manage initial sub-projects and take responsibility toward clients and junior colleagues by sharing knowledge and experience.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of relevant professional experience in consulting within HR IT strategy development or HR IT projects/system implementations, complemented by a successfully completed university degree.
• Strong expertise in HR IT strategy or system implementation projects.
• Proficient analytical and interpretive skills, excellent presentation and moderation capabilities, a pronounced sense of responsibility, and a collaborative spirit.
• Experience with project management, client coordination, entrepreneurial thinking, and adaptability.
• Exceptional ability to identify AI potential, critically evaluate it, and strategically utilize it for innovative solutions, well-founded recommendations, and measurable client benefits.
