Senior Consultant Delivery & Support

Job Overview

As a Senior Consultant in Delivery and Support, you will oversee comprehensive execution and maintenance of applications, ensuring seamless operations, prompt resolution of problems, and ongoing enhancement of systems throughout the project environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of application delivery and support, including incident management, change handling, and adherence to service level agreements.
• Facilitate collaboration between multiple module teams during all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Lead root-cause investigations, manage chronic issues, and drive improvements in processes.
• Oversee stakeholder communications, release management, and maintain high standards of service quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five years experience in delivery, DevSecOps practices, and application support.
• Expertise in incident and change management, combined with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI-driven development and productivity tools (such as Cursor and Claude) to expedite coding, configuration, testing, and documentation tasks.
