Senior Consultant - Data Analysis

Overview

The Senior Consultant is a key leadership role responsible for steering sophisticated data analytics and business intelligence projects that meet both internal and external demands for reliable and actionable insights. This role focuses on transforming business requirements into analytical solutions through the creation of data models and executive dashboards, ensuring the quality of reports, and providing expert advice to drive informed decision-making and enhance performance in alignment with the organization's strategic goals and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and plan complex data analysis projects supporting internal products and client needs.
• Examine business and operational data to uncover trends, patterns, risks, and areas for enhancement.
• Develop and recommend appropriate analytical methods based on business goals.
• Manage business intelligence requirements by collaborating with stakeholders to identify objectives and reporting needs.
• Facilitate workshops to translate and validate business requirements for analytics solutions.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations adhering to branding and usability standards.
• Design and sustain data models that support reporting and advanced analytical functions.
• Generate insights into product analytics, including usage, customer behavior, and performance metrics.
• Establish data validation techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs.
• Offer expert guidance on analytics to product teams and business stakeholders, enhancing data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and implement improvements in analytical tools, methodologies, and processes.
• Adhere to departmental policies, quality, safety, and information security standards throughout all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, Data Visualization, Reporting, or related areas.
