Senior Consultant, Business Management - Data Analytics, Chief Control Office

Role Overview

The Senior Consultant will report to the Head of Chief Control Officer (CCO) Enablement and play a pivotal role overseeing the financial, organizational, and compliance reporting and deliverables within the CCO function.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce detailed reports on KPIs, financial data, full-time equivalents (FTEs), capacity, operational efficiency, and conduct ongoing analytics.
• Develop and establish processes to gather essential data points relevant to analysis.
• Enhance, create, and sustain high-quality business intelligence reporting tools.
• Define and manage the frameworks for storage and access to reports.
• Collaborate on annual planning including authoring and presenting capital investment proposals.
• Facilitate monthly financial analyses, including actuals vs. forecast and budget status.
• Conduct thorough and precise financial analysis with a strong attention to detail.
• Communicate insights concisely to leadership, emphasizing key takeaways and actionable advice.
• Partner with CCO leadership and Finance teams to develop annual financial plans.
• Provide ad hoc financial and data analysis as required.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement financial performance improvements.
• Deliver regular reporting on personnel changes, expected FTE movements, and capacity assessment in coordination with HR, recruiting, and leadership.
• Generate compliance reports related to training completion and office attendance.
• Support strategic elements such as annual planning, objectives and key results (OKRs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and broader enterprise transformation programs.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven success in financial and budget reporting and analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of industry-specific business practices and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in establishing standards or best practices within business contexts.
• Capability to translate high-level strategic goals into actionable tactical plans.
• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A college or university degree and/or relevant professional experience.
• Strong leadership abilities in project management with comprehensive understanding of business functions.
• Demonstrated track record in managing complex change initiatives across operations, IT, and product development.
