About the Role
Join a dedicated, purpose-driven organisation within the financial services sector as a Senior Stakeholder Engagement and Projects Support Advisor. Collaborating closely with the Chief Executive and senior leadership, you will spearhead strategic communications and stakeholder engagement efforts, alongside leading key projects to enhance engagement with members, consumers, and broader stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of strategic communications and engagement initiatives.
- Develop strong, effective relationships with members, industry partners, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare executive-level communications, including media releases, speeches, presentations, and messaging frameworks.
- Manage content and communications across digital platforms such as websites, newsletters, social media, and webinars.
- Support conferences, events, and other stakeholder engagement activities.
- Oversee publication projects, including annual reports and organisational materials.
- Identify and implement AI and other emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and work processes.
- Provide project management assistance for strategic organisational initiatives, notably supporting communications around the rollout of a key IT project, including developing communication plans, user guides, training materials, and coordinating stakeholder feedback to facilitate adoption.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced in communications, stakeholder engagement, and content creation across digital channels.
- Familiarity with supporting technology, CRM, or organisational change projects through communications strategies.
- Skilled in producing clear, accessible training guides, process documentation, and user resources with plain English communication.
- Practical knowledge of leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows.
- Strong relationship-building skills, capable of collaborating with senior leaders, technical providers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Experienced in creating diverse content for websites, newsletters, social media, presentations, webinars, and events.
- Ability to work autonomously, offer proactive guidance, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Additional experience with video production, digital content, media, or publication development is a plus.
