Job description
Position Purpose
The Senior China ETF Trader is tasked with developing and leading the China ETF market-making platform to ensure its success.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess in-depth expertise in China ETF trading strategies, including market making, arbitrage, sector knowledge, and creation/redemption processes.
- Maintain and nurture robust connections with onshore issuers, brokers, and exchanges.
- Demonstrate a proven success record within this specialized market segment.
- Collaborate as part of the regional APAC ETF Market Making team, both leveraging and contributing insights to the regional platform.
- Exhibit strong self-drive, entrepreneurial spirit, and effective teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Possess a Master's degree or higher qualifications.
- Have essential understanding and proficiency in Finance principles, Python programming, SQL, version control systems, and best practices in software engineering.
