Overview
The Assistant Manager for HR Analytics and Reporting plays a crucial role in developing and managing comprehensive HR data models and analysis tools. This position involves converting complex workforce data into actionable insights that influence talent strategies, workforce planning, and performance oversight. The role demands close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure quality, governance, and regulatory compliance throughout HR reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and upkeep standardized dashboards spanning various HR functions to support strategic decision-making through data analysis.
- Develop interactive and intuitive visual reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI, simplifying complicated data into executive-friendly summaries and presentations.
- Deliver data-driven insights for HR initiatives such as workforce planning, talent segmentation, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) programs by partnering with multidisciplinary teams to define key metrics and success measures.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity in line with established Key Quality Indicators (KQIs).
- Seek process enhancements by automating reporting and refining analytical workflows, contributing to the overall governance framework for HR data management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in Human Resources or Statistics.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI for data extraction, manipulation, and visualization.
- Strong analytical thinking and business understanding to interpret data insights effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities to collaborate and communicate findings within diverse teams.
