About the Role
Randd UK, a division within the K3 Advisory Group, is a leading consultancy specializing in Research & Development (R&D) Tax Credit claims. Amid exciting expansion, the company is seeking Senior Business Development Executives to strengthen its proactive sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients throughout the UK to explore their R&D projects and expenditures.
- Utilize the company’s inhouse CRM system to manage outreach efficiently.
- Schedule meetings between interested potential clients and Business Development Managers.
- Provide excellent service marked by empathy, thoroughness, and promptness, ensuring a superior customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in specialist R&D advisory firms or accountancy practices is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be supplied.
- Thrives in fast-moving, challenging environments and enjoys collaborative teamwork.
- Highly ambitious, exhibiting motivation to develop a sales career.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with natural talent for rapport building and conversational ease.
- Detail-oriented, emphasizing accuracy on first attempts.
- Background in lead generation or appointment setting, aiming to transition into a technical sales position within the coming year.
