About the Role
Randd UK, a division of the K3 Advisory Group and a prominent advisor on R&D tax credit claims, is experiencing growth and expanding its sales team. We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join our energetic sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients across the UK by initiating meaningful discussions regarding their research and development activities and associated expenditures.
- Utilize our proprietary CRM system to manage leads and customer interactions.
- Schedule face-to-face meetings for Business Development Managers with interested clients.
- Provide exceptional service characterized by empathy, diligence, and responsiveness, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Experience working in specialist R&D firms or accounting practices is advantageous but not a prerequisite, as comprehensive training on R&D Tax Credit schemes will be provided.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication talents, with a knack for establishing strong client relationships.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy from the outset.
- Background in lead generation or appointment setting with aspirations to advance into a technical sales position within a year.
