The Opportunity
Join a well-established national contractor specializing in fitout, refurbishment, and new building projects valued up to $30 million and beyond.
Collaborate closely with Estimating, Project Managers, Sales teams, and Directors to manage bids and submissions throughout the organization.
The Role
- Oversee the coordination of bids from initiation to completion.
- Develop tenders, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), capability statements, and presentations.
- Coordinate contributions from internal teams, external consultants, and suppliers.
- Maintain and update bid registers, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely submissions.
- Guarantee that all documents comply with company branding and quality standards.
About You
- Possess between 2 to 5+ years of experience in bid or tender coordination.
- Background in construction, fitout, property, architecture, or professional services.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using Adobe InDesign or similar design software.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
