Role Summary

The position supports Senior Managers within the Strategy Project Management Office (PMO) by supervising, monitoring, and driving project execution to ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and scopes. Responsibilities include preparing continuous and ad hoc management reports on all projects, aiding daily PMO operations for planned and spontaneous initiatives across QNB, and promoting adherence to project management methodologies, tools, processes, and templates throughout the group. The role also includes learning comprehensive project management standards to enhance execution efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university specializing in business administration, finance, or science.
• Must be a Qatari national with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge of project management frameworks such as Prince II or PMP is preferred; certifications in these areas are advantageous.
• Demonstrated academic achievement or relevant experience in strategic consulting or within reputable international financial services environments.
