Job Purpose

The role involves identifying and analyzing existing business processes, evaluating their benefits and drawbacks, documenting process models, and leading stakeholder discussions to agree on improved designs. The position emphasizes process transformation using modeling tools and automation technologies to resolve issues and seize improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management methodologies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across Group operations.
  • Implement KPIs and standards related to the business process management function.
  • Oversee end-to-end process improvement initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop and maintain measurement and control plans for KPIs associated with process reengineering efforts.
  • Operate within assigned authority limits while promoting cost efficiency and maximizing organizational output.
  • Work closely with internal and external customers to pinpoint improvement opportunities and implement customer-focused process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current business process designs, pinpoint inefficiencies and value gaps, and recommend enhancements.
  • Use performance measurement tools to analyze data and guide process improvement decisions.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools and keep abreast of relevant technology advances to drive process optimization.
  • Provide regular progress reports for assigned projects.
  • Respond effectively to customer inquiries related to bank products and facilitate resolution of their requests.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements to improve turnaround times across internal departments.
  • Foster effective collaboration with related units to meet Group objectives.
  • Provide accurate and timely data to auditors, compliance, finance, and risk management as needed.
  • Work with Group Operations Process Enhancement leadership to acquire new mandates and participate in project ideation, selection, and scoping.
  • Identify defects in current processes, propose fixes or system enhancements, and work collaboratively on developing these modifications.
  • Collect and analyze data pertinent to process reengineering and continuous improvement projects.
  • Evaluate benefits and establish prioritization criteria for enhancement initiatives, applying industry best practices and standards.
  • Proactively pursue professional development to maintain expertise in relevant fields.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in process reengineering, business consulting, project management, or comparable business/operations roles, ideally within a top-tier international banking organization.
  • Experience in managing operational and project tasks, including involvement in large-scale company programs with delegated subproject responsibilities.
  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt with demonstrated proficiency and practical application of Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, applying systematic, data-driven approaches to problem-solving and process enhancement.
  • Understanding of financial services from operational and support perspectives.
