Senior Assistant Store Manager

Position Summary

The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager to ensure the store operates efficiently, drives sales, and achieves profitability. This position involves overseeing guest services, staff development, expense and shrinkage control, merchandising, and inventory management in full compliance with company policies and standards.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges between $21.60 and $21.85, determined based on qualifications and prior experience.

Work Hours and Physical Requirements

Work commitment is approximately 38 hours weekly. The role demands physical stamina including standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting items up to 50 pounds for extended periods exceeding eight hours.
