Senior Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in driving exceptional Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the comprehensive management of the store. This position focuses on maximizing sales and profitability by developing team members, managing expenses and reducing shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control, all aligned with company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranges between $19.35 and $19.60, based on qualifications and experience.

Work Schedule and Physical Requirements
