Job description
Position Overview
The Store Manager at Spencer's is entrusted with directing and sustaining excellent Guest Services while managing all facets of store operations. This role emphasizes maximizing sales and profitability by effectively overseeing expenses, reducing shrinkage, managing personnel, and ensuring strong merchandising and inventory control. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and prepared for the physical demands of extensive standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior experience in retail management is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay scale ranges between $18.98 and $19.23 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
