Senior Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations to maximize sales and profitability. This role involves staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, merchandising, and inventory supervision all while upholding company policies and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Work Schedule and Physical Requirements

• Work up to 38 hours per week
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Job requires standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours daily

• Prior retail and/or management experience mandatory
