Job description
Position Overview
The Senior Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in delivering excellent guest services and supports the Store Manager in overseeing store operations to maximize sales and profitability. This includes staff development, expense and shrinkage control, merchandising, and inventory management, all while following company policies.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage ranges from $21.60 to $21.85, depending on candidate qualifications and experience.

Work Conditions and Requirements
This role requires up to 38 hours per week. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. The position involves significant physical activity including more than eight hours of standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Previous experience in retail and/or management is necessary.
