Position Overview
The Senior Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's plays a vital role in delivering excellent guest service while supporting the Store Manager in effectively running the store. This role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability through staff development, expense and shrinkage control, merchandising, and inventory management, all within the company's policies.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage for this position ranges between $21.60 and $21.85, determined by qualifications and experience.
