As a member of our "Logins" business unit located in Hamburg, you will collaborate with prominent clients spanning various industries, specifically focusing on the healthcare and financial sectors. This position allows you to apply, enhance, and continuously update your knowledge and skills while contributing your innovative ideas and advancing your professional career.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI algorithms and models, typically working within cross-functional project teams.
• Analyze and process large datasets to uncover meaningful insights.
• Translate business challenges into data science solutions, designing solution architectures and handling technical execution with a comprehensive perspective.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Take charge of optimizing and enhancing current AI models for improved performance.
• Document and present project outcomes clearly and effectively.
• Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data science, machine learning, and AI solutions aligned with business priorities, contributing to portfolio planning and backlog creation.

Required Qualifications

• Completed studies in mathematics, computer science, psychology, economics, social sciences, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming along with practical experience using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Possess industry knowledge in healthcare or financial sectors.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and adept at analyzing their requirements.
• Analytical mindset coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Fluency in German at a minimum C1 level, and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
