Job Responsibilities

• Create architectural and landscape drawings progressing from Concept Design through the Issued for Construction (IFC) stages.
• Produce coordinated shop drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details with precision.
• Convert design concepts into detailed and constructible drawings.
• Incorporate site conditions, materials, and consultants’ feedback effectively into drawing sets.
• Collaborate with design and onsite teams to identify and resolve any drawing discrepancies or conflicts.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience in architectural drafting including design documentation and shop drawings preparation.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Preference for candidates with experience in landscape architecture, focusing on hardscape, paving, and external finishes.
• Strong familiarity with construction materials and building systems.
• Sufficient experience creating detailed IFC drawings and accurate shop drawings.
• Solid understanding of architectural detailing principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in architectural drafting.
