About Pine Landscaping Company
Pine Landscaping Company specializes in delivering comprehensive landscaping services including hardscape, irrigation, and water feature installations for prominent hospitality, commercial, and luxury developments throughout Saudi Arabia. The company is involved in several large-scale projects within the region, providing excellent exposure in the landscaping sector.
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Landscape Estimator to spearhead the cost estimation and tender processes for a variety of major landscape projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position requires expertise in evaluating all aspects of landscape works and preparing accurate project pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and construct comprehensive cost estimates using Bills of Quantities (BOQs), drawings, and tender documentation.
- Prepare pricing specifically for softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and related outdoor landscaping tasks.
- Compute and analyze the costs for materials, manpower, equipment, and subcontracted services.
- Solicit, assess, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Identify missing scopes, discrepancies, and potential risks prior to bid submission.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of experience in landscape cost estimation.
- Advanced skills using spreadsheet software such as Excel and design software like AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian and GCC landscaping markets, including knowledge of pricing norms and supplier networks, is highly advantageous.
- Ability to independently oversee the entire estimation process from initial inquiry to final cost proposal.
